The clinic offers comprehensive occupational health and injury prevention services for Abilene and the surrounding area. Services are provided under the direction of Richard D. Trifilo, M.D., M.P.H, American Board of Preventative Medicine Certifications and Occupational Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Trifilo is certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.

  Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Drug & Alcohol Screening
  Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Other Corporate Testing
  Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Physical Demand Assessments [PDA] designed specifically
  for employees’ job description to meet ADA Guidelines

• Pulmonary Function Testing

• Resting EKG’s

• Venipuncture for Lab work

• X-Ray On-Site

• Hearing Screens (CAOHC Certified On-Site)

• Tetanus & Flu Vaccinations (Upon Request)


Hearing Conservation Program

  Testing meets OSHA Standards – 500Hz - 8000Hz

• Capability to test in a Booth or Open Room
  [OSHA Monitored “Quiet Room” Testing]


Respiratory Clearance

• OSHA Mandated Questionnaire with your choice of a Physician Exam or Review (Includes various types of HAZMAT: Respiratory such as Asbestos, General Construction, etc.)

• Pulmonary Function Testing, X-Ray for Baseline or Annual Chest X-Ray Screening; Radiologist or B-R

• Respiratory Fit Testing available through our designated vendor when requested by employer


Drug & Alcohol

• Walk-In Screening 7:30am – 4:00pm Mon-Fri @ Clinic –

• BAT – Breath Alcohol Testing

• E-Screen Rapid Urine Drug Screening; 5-Panel or 10-Panel Rapid Urine Drug Testing;

• Hair Collection & Screening

• [DOT or Non-DOT] Urine Drug Screening or Collections.
